A shared journey, before Le Brusc

Before opening Saveurs du Brusc, Christine and Olivier ran an event business in Plan-de-Cuques for 16 years, specialising in weddings, christenings, conferences and family gatherings. That experience of hosting and organising large meals shaped the way they welcome guests today: anticipating customers' needs, taking as much care of the service as of the food, and keeping a warm atmosphere even on the busiest days.

2016: Saveurs du Brusc opens its doors

It was in 2016 that Christine and Olivier settled in Le Brusc, Six-Fours-les-Plages, and opened their own restaurant. After sixteen years in event catering, choosing a neighbourhood restaurant, rooted in one place for the long run, marked a new chapter: an address of their own, run day to day rather than around one-off events.

Christine's role, front of house

Christine looks after welcoming guests and service in the dining room. Her background in event hosting shows in the attention she gives customers, whether it's a quick weekday lunch or a longer family meal on the weekend.

Olivier's role, in the kitchen

Olivier runs the kitchen. He prepares homemade French, Provençal and Mediterranean cooking, built around what's available by season and catch: Friday aioli, octopus stew, favouille and langoustine bisque, fish depending on the day's catch. That market-driven approach, rather than a fixed menu, is at the heart of how he cooks.

A family address, built to last

Since 2016, Saveurs du Brusc has run as a true neighbourhood restaurant: a small team, a couple at the helm, and food prepared on-site rather than a standardised menu. It's this continuity, more than any showcased concept, that defines the restaurant's identity.
